Pay your storage bill online using a debit cards, credit cards, and automatic bank drafts. Once you set up your online account, you will have access to update your personal preferences, make changes to contact information, and add/delete forms of payment. You will also find an option for setting up autopay. Speak to your facility manager about alternate payment options.

IMPORTANT: Your self-storage rental payment is due on the first of the month. There are fees for late payments. Ask about our late fee avoidance program.

For safety and security we every unit at Milledgeville Self Storage is lock. We use the Red Combination Overlocks for units that are ready to rent, those that need cleaning, and to lockout units with pass due accounts. Regardles of the situtation here are the steps to follow when removing your lock:
  1. You will receive a 4-digit code for the lock on your unit.
  2. Use the code to remove the lock from your unit.
  3. New tenants will find an approved lock inside the unit; use this lock to secure your unit.
  4. Immediately return the Red Lock to the lockbox located at the entrance of the facility.
  5. The return box is easy to find because it is mounted to the ORANGE wall inside the facility gate.
IMPORTANT: There is a $35.00 fee for locks that are not returned. Immediately returning the lock to the lockbox is the best insurance against losing the lock and having to pay the lost lock fee.

Customers opt out of receiving SMS (text messages) at any time by texting STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT to our facility’s Two-Way Texting number. Only single word messages will trigger the block. For example, if you text STOP, you will stop receiving messages from Milledgeville Self Storage, but replying STOP PLEASE will not stop them from receiving messages from us.

We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term. However we do require a minimum of one full month. We do not rent by the week.

A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. This is for your safety as well as the overall safety of our facility.

Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.

24-hour access means that you have unrestricted entry to a facility or service at any time of the day, allowing you to use or access it around the clock.
